Jeevitha is an Indian actress who has primarily worked in the Tamil and Telugu industries. She was a successful actress and mostly performed as a second heroine during the 1980s era. She’s also a director and producer now. She married her co-star Rajasekhar, and Jeevitha chose to take a break from movies after marriage. She later started to direct and produce films for her husband Rajasekhar. She completed her part in Rajinikanth‘s film Lal Salaam movie and it is a comeback movie for Jeevitha.
In 2023, she owned the news headlines as the Nampally high court sentenced one year in jail and 5 lakh rupees fine to Jeevitha and her husband Rajasekhar. It was a defamation case filed by Telugu producer Allu Aravind for making baseless allegations about Chiranjeevi’s blood bank. Later, Jeevitha and Rajasekhar were granted bail by the court.
